LIVE e-conferences feature leaders from the nation’s most progressive organizations discussing the most crucial topics in healthcare business, coupled with live audience participation. These interactive programs enable healthcare executives from different locations throughout the country to listen to a panel of their peers via their telephone or live on location.

The programs usually last 120 minutes, and a special block of time is set aside for audience questions and answers. This convenient format provides a timely, low-cost way for you, as healthcare executive, to stay up-to-date on industry best-practices and cutting-edge strategies.

Four days before the live program, you will receive an e-mail containing the dial-in instructions and the web address where you can download an information packet that will include the program agenda, speaker biographies, and written data pertinent to the conference topic.

What is a LIVE e-conference?
A LIVE e-conference is a live event that includes program handouts and an interactive question and answer session.

How do I register for an audio conference?
Once you have selected a program, you can register online or by contacting customer service at 800-753-0131.

What type of equipment do I need?
All you need is a regular telephone—with speakerphone if you have a group listening. To print the program materials packet (recommended prior to the start of the audio conference), you will need an Internet connection.

When will I receive my program materials and dial-in information?
Four days prior to the audio conference, registered participants will receive an e-mail with detailed instructions to access the program, including the phone number to call on the day of the audio conference. Please be prepared to dial into the program 15 minutes prior to the event start time. You will also receive a web address where you can download the materials packet for the audio conference.

Can more than one person listen to the conference?
Yes. Your registration entitles you to ONE phone line for an unlimited number of people to listen via speakerphone. You can print and distribute the program materials to all attendees at your location. If you have multiple phone lines desiring access, please order additional registrations. If you are attending live, you must order registrations for all attendees; however you can contact Customer Service for a group rate.

How do I download the presentation materials and associated exhibits?
The dial-in instructions include the web address where you can download the materials packet, which will include the program agenda, speaker biographies, the presentation, and any additional exhibits.

How does the question and answer session work?
During the live call, the program moderator will provide instructions on how you can ask questions via your telephone. You may also pre-submit questions using the information and e-mail address provided in your dial-in instructions. 

What happens if I have technical problems during the call?
Technical assistance is available throughout the live call to assist and help you with any issues you may experience during a program. Technical assistance information is listed in your dial-in instructions.

Are your LIVE conferences available after the live event?
Yes! You can purchase an on-demand USB of the program and listen when you can.
