Meet the speakers

Allen Weiss, MD
Dr. Allen Weiss was appointed President and CEO of the NCH Healthcare System in September, 2006.  Previously, he was President for over six years.  He is responsible for a 715 bed, two-hospital integrated health care system in Naples, Florida.  NCH is one of only ten hospitals in the country affiliated with Mayo Clinic.  NCH has been named twice by U. S. News and World Report as best in the region and is also in the top 10% in cardiac surgery according to the Society for Cardiac Surgery. After graduating from Columbia University’s College of Physicians and Surgeons and subsequently completing his training at both the New York Presbyterian Hospital and Hospital for Special Surgery of Cornell University, he had a solo practice in Rheumatology, Internal Medicine, and Geriatrics for twenty-three years.  He is board certified in all three specialties and is recognized both as a Fellow of the American College of Physicians and a Fellow of the American College of Rheumatology. 

Everett Neal
Everett Neal serves as VP, Hospital Partnerships for Radisphere where he is responsible for enabling hospital systems to adopt standards-based radiology. Mr. Neal previously spent more than 9 years at McKinsey & Company where as a Senior Expert in the Health Systems practice he focused on hospital operations. His work helped major health systems optimize clinical support and supply chain functions, as well as design and launch innovative new service models offered to third party health systems. Mr. Neal has an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and a BS in Chemistry from Carnegie Mellon University.
